Teck Australia currently has the right to earn a minimum 70% interest in the project from Chalice Gold Mines Ltd.

\nToro Energy announced it successfully completed a share purchase plan to raise approximately A$21.09 m at $0.15 per share. Funds raised from the recent capital raising initiative add up to approximately $61 m. The proceeds will be applied to the Bankable Feasibility Study and approvals for the Wiluna Uranium Project, Western Australia, exploration initiatives such as the recent discovery at Lake MacKay, Western Australia, and strategic corporate and project consolidation opportunities.
