Audit Manager

As a result of internal movement within [Employer] , a leader within Australian Mining Industry and a subsidiary of[Employer] , a vacancy currently exists for an Audit Manager, based in [Location] . Reporting to the ACA Risk and Assurance Manager, this role will focus on the planning, resourcing and management of internal audit projects for the ACA Group.
 
Specific tasks will include:
·         Agreement with key stakeholders on clear scopes/terms of reference and work plans for audit projects;
·         Planning, resourcing and managing the delivery of assigned audit projects so that projects are completed using Anglo’s audit methodology;
·         Monitoring the performance of project team members and external contractors, as required;
·         Undertaking complex and / or sensitive audit work and investigations.
 
To be successful in this role you will possess:
·         Degree qualifications within a relevant field;
·         3 – 5 years internal / external audit or business analyst experience (preferably within the mining industry);
·         A methodical approach to business improvement;
·         Well developed communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
