We are currently seeking a Black Belt Business Improvement Coach for one of our reputable clients
 
Position Purpose:
Drive business improvement implementation by being responsible for the planning, management and delivery and execution of measurable improvements projects. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Contribute to measurable business improvements through cost savings, growing revenue and improving safety and environment performance.
·         Teamwork and mentoring of team leaders and project teams to ensure business objectives are attained.
·         Actively develop all employees understanding and business improvement
·         Act as a technical content expert, providing peer advice.
·         Assist operations leadership by challenging conventional thinking.
·         Support Management team development.
·         Actively participate in the development of strategic plan formulation.
·         Actively pursue goal of Zero harm for environment associated with improvement projects.
·         Develop and implement six sigma projects and delivery of business improvements, financial savings and cultural alignment
·         Mentoring Green Belts
·         Problem statement and business case development
·         Planning, tracking and capturing business improvement ideas
·         Providing feedback and progress updates to stakeholders and site
·         Up-skilling and empowering employees and contractors to utilise Six Sigma tools and methodologies to resolve problems and create opportunities
·         Initiate improvement projects, identify opportunities and model continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
 
Position Requirements:
·         A  minimum 5 years background industrial experience, preferably in mining and mineral processing
·         Accredited as Black Belt Coach
·         Some leadership experience or has potential in a leadership role
·         Effective communication skills  
·         Experience in project work preferred
·         Computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
·         Track record of achievements
·         Willing to embrace and lead change
·         Self motivated, self starter
·         Ability to achieve change by influence
 
This is a full-time residential role and requires relocation.  The company provides housing and you will enjoy a great lifestyle within a close-knit community.
