Our client is a diversified privately owned organisation with operations spanning mining, civil construction projects, earthmoving, transport and logistics, quarrying and commercial property development. With a significant presence in [Location] , they are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Project Engineer to work on and deliver mining and civil earthworks projects in [Location].
 
With significant client interaction, you will participate heavily in the delivery of major capital and civil earthworks projects at mining operations in [Location]. You will assist the Project Manager in the development and submission of tenders and be the key on site contact throughout the project life cycle, ensuring that works are delivered on time, within budget and to legislative and regulatory guidelines, with respect to OHS and environment.  
 
You will be a degree qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of two years experience in mining and earthworks projects. You will have a good grounding in project controls, estimation and scoping and project delivery systems including OHS and Environment. High level communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
