Due to continued business growth and overwhelming success in 2009, an opportunity has arisen for an additional Consultant to join the boutique-sized Perth team in a senior capacity. As an end-to-end consultant you will benefit from leveraging off strong existing relationships within the WA market and will also be remitted with pursuing new leads through key stakeholder engagement. With a true understanding of the term ‘industry partnership’, you will infiltrate operator and EPCM organisations with the utmost of service delivery and responsiveness and will position yourself as the authority on industry best practise from a recruitment perspective.
 
Responsible for recruiting a range of mid to senior-level contract and/or permanent roles across the Mining, Engineering and/or Oil and Gas arenas (depending on your experience and preferences), your commercial maturity, business acumen and credibility within the WA market will ensure your ongoing success in this role.
 
Befitting the experience required for this role you will be afforded autonomy, flexibility and accountability with the backing of a professional team and resourcing support. You will be provided with industry-leading tools and resources to perform your job and one of the best international candidate databases in existence.
