A Highly successful mining operation, regarded as one of the industry leaders within Hard Rock Mining currently have an opportunity for a Shift Supervisor within the Ore Processing department, to exhibit their skills. Joining the team and reporting to the Ore Processing Superintendent, your responsibilities will be:
·         Maintaining a safe working environment
·         Supervise operators, train loaders and surface maintenance employees
·         Implement career reviews and manage leave provisions
·         Monitor all production and maintenance activities and make sure all metallurgical standards are adhered too
 
To be successful for this position you will have experience in the following:
·         Previous ore processing experience, preferably within copper
·         Previous Supervisory experience, preferably within the Mineral processing industry
·         The ability to promote a team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
 
With this great opportunity comes a salary package including relocation and the opportunity to salary sacrifice your housing costs. You will be working on a 4/4 roster and conducting a residential role in the heartland of NSW.
