Human Resource Coordinator

Every Day Mine Services Limited is an innovative progressively moving Australian Stock Exchange listed company providing Drilling and Mining services throughout Australia.

EDMSL is seeking a Full Time Generalist Human Resources Co-ordinator for our Rutherford Head Office.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:
·         Recruitment of Drilling and Admin Staff
·         Generating Common Law contracts and EBA’s
·         Organising Employee Inductions, Medicals and Accommodation
·         EBA and Award interpretation
·         Providing HR support and advice to Supervisors and Managers
·         Generating correspondence on behalf of Management
·         Transactional and administrative duties

The successful candidate will have:
·         A tertiary education in HR
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Intermediate Microsoft office skills
·         Attention to detail
·         Ability to work autonomously
·         The ability to multi-task

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
