Our client, [Employer] , is a Norwegian provider of dynamic ground control products for the mining and civil engineering industry. Headquartered in [Location] and with representation in Canada, they were founded by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Mining companies overseas have participated in the technical development and testing of their products with very successful results and the company is now moving into commercial sales. Being well funded by [Company] , their expansion into Australia represents a unique ground floor opportunity for an appropriately experienced sales professional.
 
A key member of the strategic management team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a pro-active professional, well connected in the mining and mining services community. You will have a strong technical background together with excellent sales, communications & presentation skills, as well as the commercial acumen necessary to support the growth and expansion of the business in Australia.
 
With the business initially being established in WA, it is expected that you will be based [Location] , with frequent travel to mine sites a key requirement.
 
This is an extremely exciting ground floor opportunity and your keen desire and ability to play an instrumental role in the successful growth and development of this company within Australia over the long term will provide an attractive incentivised salary package including sales bonus and share options.
