Senior Human Resources Advisor

Our client is a major mining company with offices in Canada and Toronto. We have an opportunity for a Senior Human Resources (HR) Advisor with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Senior HR roles who is ready for their next career move. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing a high level of professional HR advice and assistance to the HR Manager, other departmental managers and all employees on site. One of your key responsibilities is to oversee and coordinate the efficient and effective day to day management of the HR administrative function.
 
This role not only provides you with the country lifestyle, it also gives you the opportunity to pursue your career in HR. You will have 2 incumbents reporting to this role, and on occasion, be required to step into the HR Manager's role. We need you to hit the ground running, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build business relationships with internal and external customers, and importantly, you must be serious about your future career progression. If you are very passionate about HR, and training and developing people, then this may be the opportunity that you are looking for.
 
Unfortunately, we are only able to consider people who have had prior mining industry experience, and are either Australian Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents.
