Project Team Assistant

Our client is a major global diversified mining group listed on the London and Swiss stock exchanges. Due to the start of a new project, they need a Personal Assistant to join the team[Location] .
 
Reporting to the Senior Personal Assistant of the Project Team, your key roles are to provide administration and personal assistant functions to the Project Team, and organise and manage flight bookings. The person we are looking for is someone who has a mature outlook in life, someone with a good sense of humour, is organised, someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possesses strong work ethics and is not a clock watcher.
 
If you are easy going, have a happy disposition, are adaptable and can work well in a small corporate team environment, then we would like to hear from you.
 
If you have a genuine interest in this role and are experienced in SAP and flight bookings combined with an excellent background in PA/Administration then please contact MPi today.
