Heavy Duty Mechanics (Surface)

Mader Contracting offers a variety of rosters & options within the mining industry within Western Australia & overseas for the right applicant.

Vacant positions are as follows,

Overseas 10 weeks on 3 off
·         Safe Central African Location
·         Cat 777 & 785 Haul Trucks, Komatsu 785 Haul trucks, Cat ancillary equipment
·         Well appointed site amenities

Essential Criteria
·         Highly Motivated
·         Excellent product knowledge
·         Good diagnosis skills
·         Adaptable & understanding to different cultures
·         Mature, professional attitude
·         Ability to organize & run major works

Preferred Criteria
·         Dealer trained/Dealer experience
·         5 years post trade experience

Remuneration, approx 22k to 24k per month (AUS $$$)

Field Service, Pilbara Based
2 & 1 Roster, (a longer roster can be arranged if preferred)

·         Self Disciplined

Preferred Criteria
·         Dealer trained/Dealer experience
·         Field Service Experience

Remuneration, Start Rate $50.00 phr plus potential bonuses

Workshop/Labour Pool
Carryout repairs & component rebuilds at Maddington premises with the flexibility of flying to sites for labour hire @ short notice.

·         Mature, professional attitude
·         Self Disciplined
·         Able to understand the importance of an efficient workshop
·         Must work overtime when required
·         Ability to work shift work & flexible work hours

Preferred Criteria
·         Dealer trained/Dealer experience

·         Fly in, Fly out Labour Hire,
·         $50.00 phr start rate
·         For fill on going 2 & 1 and 8 & 6 rosters (surface)
