Resource Estimation Specialist

Empire Executive is a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in Mining industry recruitment. Our close relationship with an Emerging Mining company has unearthed their need for an Experienced Resource Geologist with around 5 years experience in metalliferous resource estimation.
 
Reporting to the Chief Geologist, your key responsibilities will include:
·         Management of an exploration project database using Datamine software
·         Building 3D models and generating resource estimates.
·         Controlling the quality of samples being taken.
·         Managing and liaising with external consultants in relation to resource estimates and other matters pertaining to the company's activities.
 
This position is suited to someone currently based in Brisbane with a strong background in metalliferous resource estimation and an in depth knowledge of the Datamine software suite.
