Mill Shift Supervisor

 
Our Client is an expanding mining company and currently requires an experienced Mill Shift Supervisor for one of their operations in an overseas market.
 
Position Profile:
·         Operating and training local staff in Crushing, Milling, Leaching, Tailings Management and Gold Room circuits
·         DCS training
·         Safety compliance and improvements
·         Environmental compliance and awareness
·         Contributing to cost effective recovery
·         Continuous improvement initiatives throughout the mill
·         Continued training of the local workforce in all areas of the processing plant
 
Candidate Requirements:
·         Previous experience in an expat raining role
·         Strong background in gold processing
·         Plant commissioning experience desirable
·         Applicants must have a strong commitment to the continued training & development of their staff and be highly motivated team players
·         Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment highly regarded
 
All local taxes are paid by the company and flights are offered from your point of hire within Australia.
