Commercial Director (Mining)

An ASX listed, international resources company based in Perth requires a Commercial Director to work closely with the CEO and help drive the company forward as a global business.

The role is responsible for strategic business planning, commercial and contract management, financial project reporting and international business development. You will work closely with the CEO and project delivery teams to ensure the business is run efficiently and cost effectively and that strategic growth and project profit targets are met.

To be considered for this role you will possess strong commercial and business acumen within the resources sector. Experience in dealing with domestic financial markets and a strong background in international commercial negotiation with high value capex projects and experience with off take contracts.
