CBH Resources (CBH) is a diversified and expanding base metal mining group with specific operations at the Endeavor Mine in Cobar, NSW.  This operation is an underground lead, zinc, copper and silver mine accessed by both decline and haulage shaft and serviced by concentrator, drying, storage and rail facilities.
 
We currently have exciting opportunities for a Surface Electrical Supervisor, Surface Fixed Plant Mechanical Supervisor, Fixed Plant Mechanical Planner and a Project Coordinator interested in joining our skilled team at the Endeavor Mine in Cobar.  This position offers the chance to work with enthusiastic and experienced maintenance teams in a safe, friendly and enjoyable workplace.  In addition the role presents the possibility for future career advancement with the Company.
 
To become part of this dynamic Company you must possess the following qualifications, skills and experience.
·         Trade qualifications in a related discipline
·         Experience in a similar role, preferably in an underground mining environment would be highly recognised
·         Demonstrated team building experience
·         Ability to prepare and implement planned work and shutdowns
·         Demonstrated superior scheduling and time management skills
·         Well developed written and verbal communication
·         Ability to provide KPI's (availability, utilisation and departmental costs on a monthly basis)
·         Experience with Pronto or another similar inventory-based software
·         Demonstrated commitment to safety, health and the environment
