Our client currently has exceptional opportunities for Underground Shift Engineers with solid coal experience to develop their career on the international stage.  This exciting company has recently begun production at a new underground coal operation in an idyllic overseas location.   Being a small site, this role will offer job diversity with the opportunity to diversify your leadership skills and take your career to the next level.   
 
Within this varied role you will be required to have an in depth technical understanding of underground mobile plant maintenance including Continuous Miners, Shuttle Cars, Multi Bolters, Eimco Loaders and Driftrunners. You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills coupled with a background in supervisory roles.  
 
To be successful you will be required to have the following skills and abilities:
·         Relevant Mechanical Trade background in mining 
·         Previous experience in a similar supervisory role  
·         Unwavering commitment to safety 
·         Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills  
·         Previous experience with a CMMS program
