Our client has operations across a number of continents and is in a strong stable position for the year ahead.  We are assisting them to find a Surveyor to join their Technical Services team and play an integral role in the mines operations.  Being residentially based, this role is a chance for you to regain a steady work life balance and continue your career in the mining industry.     
 
Day to day your duties will revolve around
·         Working with the Senior Surveyor to ensure all surveying work meets statutory requirements
·         Ensuring the correct recording, processing and reporting of survey results
·         Overseeing survey and production controls,
·         Assisting with end of month calculations
 
Our client is ideally looking for a Surveyor with:
·         Surveying Qualifications degree or diploma
·         Underground mine experience
·         Experience with relevant equipment and software
·         Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
