Storeperson

[Employer] , with over 20 mine sites, a workforce of more than 3,500 people and the largest fleet of mining equipment and plant in Australia.
 
We are currently seeking a Storeperson for our Sonoma coal mine located in Central Queensland. Working a Monday to Friday roster, your responsibilities will include:
·         Unloading & receipting of incoming orders
·         Package & dispatch materials & equipment to ensure timely delivery
·         Liaising with site personnel, as well as our plant and procurement team
·         Ensure the security of the stores area
·         Accurately complete paperwork and computer data entry
·         Correctly store items as per the floor/shelf plan
 
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years relevant work experience in the mining industry or similar, with excellent communication and computer skills. You must hold or be willing to gain a HR and Forklift license, as well as a non slewing crane license.
