Senior Mining Engineer

This role represents a great opportunity to move to a residential based role offering lifestyle and career progression to a corporate head office based position. This critical senior role represents a leading prospect for a Senior Mining Engineer to support a portfolio of key inter-state projects.  
 
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:  
·         Providing technical support and mentoring to the various mine based engineers 
·         Underground mine designs 
·         Work closely with the corporate management team regarding the execution of the company business plan 
·         Become involved with scoping for new mining contracts  
·         Budgeting and forecast preparation for new and existing projects 
·         Providing technical advice to other departments onsite   
 
This role would ideally suit a Mining Engineer with the following background:  
·         Tertiary qualifications in Mine Engineering or related discipline 
·         7 years experience in underground mining 
·         Excellent communicational skills including ability to teach and mentor others
