Pybar is a contracting business providing a range of services, to the mining and civil sectors throughout Australia.  Expressions of interest are being sought for the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager for the Tritton Mine.
 
The Tritton Mine is based in regional western NSW and is a long term underground operational project which currently employs approximately 160 personnel. The Project includes the provision of skilled labour, plant, supervision and project management of underground mine development, production drilling, bogging and truck haulage.
 
Some key responsibilities of this key role include;
·         Managing the adherence to safety management policies and procedures to ensure there is a safe and healthy workplace and safe systems of work;
·         Effectively implementing and controlling the project to achieve planned operational goals and objectives, and compliance to legislative requirements;
·         Developing and maintaining good business relations with the client through a process of professionalism and delivery of contractual obligations on-time and within budget;
·         Manage all technical and commercial aspects of the project providing project cost control and contract administration.
 
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
·         Relevant Mining Engineering qualifications and or extensive experience in underground mining;
·         A proven track record in managing major contracting projects;
·         Demonstrable commitment to SHE management in a contract project environment.
 
The role is strictly a residential position and will require the successful applicant to relocate to the project area. The mine itself is located near a small country town, Nyngan, which is positioned by the banks of the Bogan Shire River. Enjoy a relaxed lifestyle amongst a close knit community with an emphasis on young families, fishing and celebrations.
