Mine Planning Engineer

As a result of sustained growth we are assisting our client in their search for a Mine Planning Engineer.  Reporting to the Senior Planning Engineer this role will focus on short to medium term planning for this world class site.  
 
Specific tasks will include but not be limited to: 
·         Short to Medium term planning
·         Communication of plans to production crews and other operational staff 
·         Providing technical advice and guidance contractors and production teams 
 
To be successful in this role you will possess: 
·         Degree qualifications in Mining Engineering (or another Mining Discipline) 
·         3+ years post graduate mining experience including Mine Planning 
·         Experience in underground operations 
·         Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of an operation
