Maintenance Superintendent

One of Australia's leading mining companies is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to join their expanding and forward thinking team. You are a lateral thinker who is dynamic, organized and at the top of your game. Working with great people and being rewarded for your effort is at the forefront of your personal agenda.
 
In this role you will provide extensive knowledge and experience throughout the maintenance process including planning and executing all works required at the mine. Highlighted activities include managing all aspects of the maintenance teams and equipment at the site to support the achievement of company growth plans.
 
You will be a trainer, facilitator and operational planner ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, safe work instructions, standard operating procedures and statutory legislation.
 
Your key skills and competencies will include:
·         Relevant qualifications in the mining field.
·         6 + years in a similar role (Open Cut Coal).
·         Knowledge of Coal legislation and statutory requirements.
·         Experience on Draglines (Essential).
·         Experience on Large Hydraulic Excavators (Essential)
 
Your ability to multi task, plan, coordinate and complete projects on time will be the key to your success.
