Senior Contracts Administrator

Senior Contracts Administrator required for Queensland's leading Construction Company that has remained strong and grown throughout all the financial uncertainty of recent years. This organisation is renowned for providing their staff with the safest work environment with a culture of success. Responsible for the some of the countries most iconic building projects. This is an opportunity for a career focused Senior Contracts Administrator to join the Brisbane office on a major project.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager, Site Managers, Project Engineers and Subcontractors. 
• Lead team of contract staff 
• Provide technical and administrative support for the project. 
• Process claims and variation submissions. 
• Build rapport and ongoing business relationships with subcontractors. 
• Budget tracking and financial reporting for the project. 

Key Requirements

• Current experience as Contracts Administrator on projects valued $50M and above. 
• Major project experience within a large Mid Tier or Tier One Building or Civil contractor 
• Minimum 5 years experience as Contracts Administrator on major projects 
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying 

This is a senior role within the organisation you will be expected to take ownership of this commercial project that is valued over $30M. Working closely with the Project Manager you will be responsible for a small team consisting of a Contracts Administrator and Administration staff.
