Our client has offices throughout Europe, Asia, America and Australasia.  They design and produce niche mechanical, electrical, civil and structural designs, as well as manufacture global mining, alumina, iron ore, coal, mineral and civil’s projects.  Employing more than 5000 throughout 4 continents they now require a number of Mechanical Design Engineers for existing and up and coming projects.  
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for Mechanical Design Engineers to work for a Mining & Metals leader in Adelaide. The Mechanical Designers will have refinery experience within Mining & Metals, water treatment or mineral processing plants.  Applicants will be skilled within 2d and 3d conceptual design and engineering calculation analysis.  

On a daily basis you will:
Produce Mechanical piping layout, isometric designs
Mineral Processing and Mining & Metal Plant layout designs
Platform designs & Conveyor designs
Use 3d Software
Liaise with end clients  

Requirements:

• 10 years mining or material handling industry design experience
• Strong 2d and 3d design skills
• Excellent HSEC regulations and mechanical understanding
• Strong Mineral or Mining design experience
• Ability to undertake designs and liaise with Engineering teams through to commissioning of the equipment
