A vacancy has arisen in one of Australia's most recognised mining houses in Perth's CBD. This organisation predominantly operates in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and is looking to expand through the requisition of new businesses and investment into new and existing projects. They are a market leader and regarded as on of Australia's biggest success stories in the forever growing Mining sector.

About the Role:
As one of the most experienced members of the team you will need significant end-to-end Accounts Payable experience in a comparable company. In this role you will be part of a team of 6 Accounts Payable Officers reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be required to process high volumes of invoices and deliver a high standard of work, as well lead by example for the less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• End -to end Accounts Payable function 
• Match, batch and coding of invoices 
• Reconcile invoices to the purchase ledger 
• Bank reconciliations 
• Resolve client queries in a timely manner 
• Maintain the general ledger 
• Support your team and resolve any issue 

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 5-8 years Accounts Payable experience 
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable but not essential 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
