An exceptional opportunity exists to join an Australian listed global company for an experienced Payroll officer. This leading global service provider fields of operations, maintenance and asset and project management services is currently working alongside some of the biggest names in the Natural Resource industry.


Key Responsibilities

• Processing and Co-ordinating payroll for all employees 
• Timely reporting of weekly and monthly payroll processes
• Providing payroll support to multiple sites
• Creating new start paper work and providing advice to new employees where appropriate
• Making relevant deductions to various bodies as appropriate
• Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure new start and leavers process is executed in timely fashion
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
• Problem solving of all issues relating to Payroll

Key Skills and Requirements

To be successful in this position it is essential you have superior communication and organisation skills in addition to the aptitude to go 'above and beyond' expectations. You will have substantial experience as a payroll department and will have an excellent understanding of the legislative framework. It is necessary to demonstrate a proactive and dedicated work ethic to be considered for this role. Attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a hectic environment and handle sensitive information is also essential.
