Execution Planner

This is a great opportunity to join this $multi-billion LNG expansion project working within this highly regarded integrated client team in the pre-construction phase. Based in Perth you will work at a senior level while being able to help develop and maintain master schedule, project plans and schedules as well as forecasts and reports or managing project planning systems and procedures, executing schedule development analysis updates and maintenance. This role will be more hands on than most planning roles and requires someone willing and able to spend time conducting site visits. 


Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review
Assist with verification of EOT claims
Maintain the overall project master schedule 
Monitor and verify contractor planning activities during construction
Prepare revised contract programs/schedules

As an ideal candidate you will need to demonstrate the following:
Minimum 8 years hands on industry experience in planning and scheduling 
Oil & Gas background needed with LNG experience held in high regard 
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to produce plans and schedules
Experience and ability to use nominated planning and spreadsheet software (Primavera)
Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering degree (preferred but not essential)
