Our Client is a large EPCM that has recently been awarded one of the largest non process infrastructure projects in Western Australia at the moment. This position is offering a challenging site based position that will offer exposure to a multi-billion dollar project. Your role will be critical to the success of this project by using your ability to create baseline schedules that demonstrate the critical path, when required, assist Project Managers in facilitating the risk workshop and related topics relevant to planning, progress and productivity.
Your Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
Creating Baseline Schedules demonstrating critical path through use of the scheduling system
Preparing new project schedules
To provide weekly look-ahead schedules.
To prepare monthly updates and critical path schedule analyses.
To Notify the Project Team of any issues or concerns.
To Coordinate schedule review meetings.
Experience working for an EPCM will be highly regarded as is experience in using the various Project Management software tools, especially Primavera P6.
Required Competencies and Skills:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or minimum 3 years relevant industry planning/scheduling experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to produce and revise resource loaded schedules
Experience and ability to use nominated planning and spreadsheet software (Primaver
