Job Description
Candidates should have prior experience on civils projects with main engineering contractors. Candidates with experience working on major construction and engineering projects, earthworks, structures, drainage, or marine works are highly regarded. Candidates will be technically competent, good team players with the drive to succeed within a main contracting environment.

To achieve optimum production and cost outcomes through the management of direct labour and subcontractors in a healthy and safe work environment.

Ensure project standards and quality are achieved through:
monitoring adherence to safe work method statements and undertaking risk analysis of same
ensuring plant and equipment are operating in an optimal and safe fashion
clearly explaining work practices, standards and expectations to team members
continuously seeking methods to improve and streamline operations
monitoring quality output of work team and taking appropriate corrective action where necessary
