We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fill the following positions as ERP Change Manager and ERP Analyst. Based in Perth this role will be involved in Responsible for the defining, developing, configuring and supporting the projects ERP Systems as defined by the project management. The role provides a high standard of service and quality, and focuses on meeting agreed expectations and deadlines whilst providing priceless experience to your own team.
Other duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Undertake business analysis and solutioning activities
Ensure applications are integrated and configured to meet project execution requirements.
Provides support of cross discipline activities where required.
Assist application specialists with software technical or work process issues.
Assist information manager to ensure overall project software compliance.
Manage local project support for the project reference systems or other project automation tools used with a focus on ERP.
Research problems and plan solutions in conjunction with discipline specialists to improve existing business processes within the corporate and project environments.
Perform testing, document requirements, and help develop the business systems with other users whilst maintaining or communicating scope changes.
Document system problems and resolutions for future reference, write and maintain system documentation.
Adhere to change Management policies and procedures.
To be successful in the role you will need a demonstrable history of:
Experience in ERP systems essential
Degree in Engineering or IT preferable, but not essential
5 years direct experience within mining or oil & gas will be highly regarded
