Due to continuing growth a global EPCM now requires multiple Senior Electrical Designers who are experienced in HV to assist in the development of this huge project and make a real difference. Use your extensive HV design experience as you will be working on a major infrastructure package that involves over head power lines and substations.
General duties and responsibilities will be to:
Perform duties with minimal supervision once instructed
Use AutoCAD software for some interface activities
Contribute to electrical design reviews
Ensure electrical design drawings for engineering projects are completed on time and within budget
Prepare preliminary and detailed designs drawings for engineering projects and ensure project work complies with conditions and parameters set out in project scope of works

In order to succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
Designer/Drafting qualification/diploma
AutoCAD certification or skill
Ability to work in a large team
Proven knowledge of capabilities of the various CAD systems
Knowledge of drafting requirements for multiple disciplines
Ability to arrange/prepare drawings based on engineering design inputs
Must have HV design experience
