The current vacancy is for a Longwall Electrical Coordinator. This role would see you reporting to the Longwall Superintendent and be responsible for managing a team of electrical trades people.


In this role you will plan and coordinate all electrical activities in the Longwall Section to provide the availability, reliability and performance of all necessary equipment required. Ensuring compliance with the mine operating procedures, standards and statutory requirements are of great importance.


Specific skills and experience we need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering

- Underground mining experience

- Ideally a few years in a similar role

- A solid history in safety

- Hold a current S1, S2, S3 & G2
