Having already developed a base in Exploration and Production Geology you are probably looking for a senior role to build on these skills in readiness to move into management in the next few years. FIFO on an 8-6 roster you will be able to use your 5+ years experience in a senior production role with resource aspects to build on existing experience. Backing up the UG Geology manager the role will have just enough of a management aspect to gain the necessary leadership experience you will need without being thrown in the deep end.
Being an international miner with a healthy balance sheet also means you won’t need to worry about the future of this company.
Naturally you will utilize your well developed production skills supervising Underground development, Grade control, Daily Mine to Mill grade predictions, Production recording and reconciliation and also Block Modeling and Geological modeling using Vulcan and
Organization and supervision of drilling programs.
