Human Resources Manager

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources to join a dedicated HR team in a fly in-fly-out role.
You will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to line managers including; coaching and advice on performance management, industrial relations, recruitment and selection, EEO and training / development.
You will work as part of a committed HR team providing site based outcomes that will enhance people performance.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate experience in a range of human resources activities. A formal HR Qualification is essential and must be backed up by current and sound knowledge of all relevant employment legislation and practices.
Effective communication skills, initiative and the ability to work unsupervised are critical and will ensure the success of the role.
