Key Accountabilities:
· Manage and update the site Integrated Management System (IMS) and Safety Systems Records
· Provide administration, support and training for the IMS System
· Prepare safety reports and investigations as required by departmental manager
The Ideal Candidate:
· Minimum of 2 years experience at a senior administration level
· Experience in records management
· Excellent report writing and document preparation skills
· Strong skills in MS Word/ Excel/ Outlook
· Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or studies towards these qualifications will be looked upon favourably
The role is FIFO working on a 9:5 roster from [Location] only. Salary will be discussed throughout the recruitment process and will be based on individuals level of experience. Camp facilities are very comfortable and include amenities such as lap pool, gym, basketball/ volleyball courts.
