Production Mining Engineer - Iron Ore x2

With a breadth of experience and wealth of talent our client is an industry leader in the Australian resources industry. Our Client currently has Mining Engineering positions available.
The successful candidates will:
· Provide support to the Mining Manager.
· Maintain budget control for mining.
· Liaise with Mining personnel and sub contractors on projects.
· Operational Requirements:
· Provide mine technical support to current and proposed sites.
· Develop mine plans for tender submissions.
· Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.
· Develop budgets.
· Regularly review production performance against expectations and make recommendations for action.
· Initiate, implement and monitor improvements to production efficiency, safety and environmental performance.
· Provide daily/weekly/monthly production/cost reports.
· Analyse cost reports and recommend corrective action
Experience/ Qualifications Required:
· 2 years post graduate experience
· Proficient computer skills
· Mining Engineering (or equivalent) Degree
